The most delicious peach crumble cake.

Peach Crumb Cake

This peach cake is a wonderful dessert or coffee cake to make for any occasion. Rich, buttery sulfur crusts top this fall treat that tastes like peaches or crisp with a vanilla buttercream cake topping.
This is a great cake to enjoy with fresh peaches in season, but is excellent with dried canned peaches made from frozen peach slices as well.
Bake this heavenly cake for a summer gathering or cookout, Father's Day, New Year's dessert, Easter dessert, or just for any other occasion.

What will you need?

4 peaches (peeled, cored, thinly sliced).

And topping:-

3/4 cup light brown sugar (packed).

3/4 cup flour (all-purpose)

1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

6 tablespoons butter (melted)

cake:-

1 1/4 cup flour (all-purpose) is about 5 3/4 oz

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

4 ounces (1/2 cup) butter (softened)

1/2 cup sugar (granulated)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How do you prepare it?

* You can use about 12 ounces of frozen peach slices, or use canned, drained peaches — about 1 1/2 15-ounce cans, instead of fresh peach slices.

Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan or spray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, combine 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup flour, cinnamon, and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Stir mixture with a fork until well combined and ingredients are moistened.

In another bowl, mix 1/4 cup flour with baking soda and baking powder. Sit aside.

In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat 1/4 cup softened butter with 1/2 cup granulated sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla and beat until well combined. Slowly beat in flour, baking soda, and baking powder mixture. Continue beating at medium speed until smooth. The mixture will be very thick.

Spread the mixture into the prepared pan. Arrange peach slices, close together, on top of mixture.

Sprinkle the butter and hazelnut mixture over the peach layer.

Bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until a cake pick or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Enjoy!
