How to make lasagna with minced meat

Lasagna with minced meat

Lasagna Ingredients:



1. Lasagna slices
2. 500 grams of minced meat
3. Two chopped onions
4. Two chopped garlic
5. A cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
7. A cup of tomato sauce
8. A tablespoon of tomato paste
9. 100 grams of butter
10. A teaspoon of basil
11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12. A pinch of salt

How to prepare bechamel

Bechamel

1. A cup of flour
2. 4 cups of milk
3. 150 grams of butter
4.1/2 teaspoon black pepper
5.1/2 teaspoon salt



How to make lasagna


1. The bechamel is prepared by placing a pot on the fire, then melting the butter cubes in it, adding the flour, and stirring with a wooden spoon until all the butter is absorbed.

2. Gradually add the milk, stirring while pouring it, so that no lumps form in the bechamel. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, we turn off the heat and add black pepper and salt.

3. As for the lasagna filling, put another pot on the fire, melt the butter cubes in it, then add the onions and chopped garlic and fry until wilted.

4. Add the meat and fry until it changes color, then season it with cinnamon, black pepper and salt, and stir well.

5. Add tomato sauce and paste, add water to the meat and leave on low heat, stirring, until the meat is completely cooked and remove it from the heat.

6. Bring a glass oven tray, pour a layer of béchamel, cover it with a layer of lasagna slices, distribute a layer of filling over it, then another layer of béchamel and top it with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the process until the quantity is finished.

7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, then place the tray in the oven and leave it for 25 to 30 minutes.

8. We take it out of the oven and serve it hot.
