Ingredients:
100 grams of mortadella bacon, cut into thin slices and fried in oil (optional) • 2 tablespoons of butter
1 finely chopped yellow onion
2 finely chopped celery pieces
2 finely chopped garlic cloves
¼ cup flour
4 cups fish broth
¼ cup of water
5 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes (fried)
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
2 bay leaves
30 clams (a type of edible shellfish)
1 cup cooking cream
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
Oyster shells for serving
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
How to prepare :
1- Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat
Then add the onion, garlic and celery and stir for 6 to 8 minutes or until the onion is soft
But it does not turn brown, then add the flour and stir for a minute.
2- Add the fish broth and water and continue stirring over heat

4- Add the clams, cream and parsley and heat through Stew again for 5 minutes.
5- Transfer the soup or stew to a serving plate and garnish With chopped parsley and serve immediatey.
Tasty note: If using canned clams
It is used directly, but if using fresh, it must be boiled first, about 4 cups
of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. After ten minutes, discard any shellfish
